These Terms govern use of www.justdried.in and purchase of products from Just Dried, a brand operated by Adyanth Enterprise. By using this website you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Business

Just Dried operates as a Direct-to-Consumer food brand offering dehydrated, cooked and dried, instant and specialty food products. Many products are prepared after order confirmation.

2. Product Availability Model

Products displayed fall into two categories:

Direct Purchase Products

• Products showing price can be directly purchased
• Order becomes valid only after payment confirmation

Request-to-Quote Products

• Some products may not show price
• These are enquiry based
• Availability depends on production feasibility
• If accepted product will be enabled for purchase
• Customer must place fresh order after approval

Request submission does not mean confirmed order. JD reserves right to accept or decline requests.

3. Pricing Policy

• Prices shown only for purchasable items
• Products without price cannot be purchased
• All prices in INR
• Prices may change without notice
• Display does not guarantee availability

4. Order Confirmation

Order confirmed only after:

• Successful payment
• Order confirmation

JD may cancel orders due to:

• Availability issues
• Technical errors
• Fraud suspicion
• Operational limits

If JD cancels order full refund will be issued.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways:

• Razorpay
• Zoho Payments

Available payment modes may include:

• UPI
• Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Other enabled digital payment methods

JD does not store card or banking details. All payments are processed by the payment gateway providers.

No Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

6. Make-Against-Order Policy

Many JD products are prepared after confirmation. Production normally starts within 24-48 hours.

Once order status becomes Processing production is considered started.

After this stage:

• No cancellation
• No modification
• No refund

7. Cancellation & Returns

Before Processing

• Cancellation allowed before Processing stage

After Processing or Dispatch

• Cancellation normally not allowed
• Any exception reviewed case by case
• Shipping charges not refundable
• No reverse pickup available

If return approved:

• Customer must ship back product
• Product must be unopened
• Refund after inspection only

Food products generally non returnable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping done through logistics partners.

Estimated timelines:

• Made to order: 7-10 days
• Ready products: 4-7 days

Shipping timelines are estimates. Courier delays outside JD control.

Flat Rate Shipping Policy

• Shipping is charged as a flat rate as displayed during checkout
• Flat shipping may vary based on location or promotional offers

If JD cannot dispatch within reasonable time customer may request cancellation before dispatch.

Approved refunds processed within 5-7 working days.

Recipient Responsibility

• Customer must ensure someone receives parcel
• Alternate receiver should be arranged
• Redelivery charges if applicable borne by customer

Risk transfers after courier delivery confirmation.

9. Damaged Product

If damaged product received:

• Inform within 24 hours
• Provide clear photos
• Provide order details

Late claims may not be accepted.

10. Product Disclaimer

Products are food items for general consumption. No medical claims made.

Customers must check ingredients for allergies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content including brand name, text and images belong to Adyanth Enterprise. Unauthorized use prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

• JD not liable for indirect losses
• JD not liable for misuse
• Liability limited to product value

13. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction Chennai Tamil Nadu.

14. Policy Updates

JD may update terms when required. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Paid Samples

JD may provide paid samples subject to approval.

• Maximum 5 samples
• Samples chargeable
• Payment required
• Non refundable
